Re: [ApacheGallery] Proposal for an admin site

Hi Thomas,

I made it with two forms because I wanted to avoid doing the work on the
server if the settings had not changed. I know this makes it trickier
because if you change the rotation and the text annotation at the same time,
only the one whose button you press will take.

However, I thought the alternative of processing all the settings every time
(clobbering the rotation file every time you change the text, rewriting the
annotation every time you change the rotation) was messy.

It's occuring to me now that I may be trapped in a false assumption; that
all of my options are messy (i.e. option 1 you can't change both settings,
option 2 you reclobber regardless). Perhaps there is a clean solution I
don't know? Eager to improve this if there is.

Paul

Just playing around with the css/html.

That'd be great. Is there any reason you made it using two forms? It
would be alot easier just having to submit the page once for both
comment and rotation.
