Maybe you just want to use the 'values' setting for GalleryEXIFMode -
since you just list the values in one row anyway.

For the 'variables' EXIFMode I'm not sure what do to about 
images with no info in them. Just to "" in the vars? That
would make you end up with a row like this " | | | | " instead.
