Third try (the previous ended in the moderation queue, maybe):
I know about layout.tpl, but i dont want to change/copy it for every single
gallery i have in my server. I host some pages for my friends/relatives, and
they all point to the same template directory, but some of them want to change
the location of gallery.css, and thru the config it would be perfect.
