Hi

I've figured it out:

        PerlSetVar   GalleryTemplateDir '/usr/local/apache/gallery/templates'

Should have been:

        PerlSetVar   GalleryTemplateDir '/usr/local/apache/gallery/templates/default'

I think I followed the install instructions a bit too literally:

	Copy the files from templates/ to where you pointed GalleryTemplateDir to.

I should have copied the the files from templates/default to where I pointed GalleryTemplateDir to.
Gah!
