[ApacheGallery] support for other cameras? missing exif info

Hi there.  I've just got myself the pentax *ist-d digital SLR and have
found that A::G doesn't display all the exif info properly.  The data is in
there somewhere, jhead shows it, but a bit of debugging in A::G shows
that it doesn't seem to see some of the values.  Maybe they are stored
in a different data location within the exif data?

With A::G set to:

Any suggestions on how to start fixing this, or if support for the
*ist-d could be added that'd be great :)
