Hi,

Somebody wanted a quality setting for saved images, I have a diff
available for Image::Imlib2 and Apache::Gallery at
http://slartibartfast.nerd.dk/~scoof/quality/ - I can't promise that
this will be the API for Image::Imlib2, therefore I'm keeping them as
seperate diffs at the moment.

When you've patched Apache::Gallery and Imlib2, you can tune
GalleryQuality in your httpd.conf between 1 and 100.

Please test, feedback. (Also, check out the reduction in filesize if you
tweak the quality setting)
