No, actually I'm running the latest version on the website: 0.7.
Line 1185 is if ($copyrightfile and (my
$logo=Image::Imlib2->load($copyrightfile))) {. I tried adding the line you
suggested after sub resizepicture, but the browsing went straight to hell
then :-) And adding it before if copyrightfile.. well, still error 500.
