Hi,

When trying to run the Apache::Gallery software, all that is displayed
on the web page is the standard header and a single box table with the
text '$FILES' in it.  I get the following message in the error log file:

[CGI::FastTemplate] Warning: no value found for variable: FILES

I have one .GIF image in the directory.  Is there something simple
missing here.  I have all of required libraries and perl modules
installed and there are no other error in the log.
