[ApacheGallery] Change /var/tmp with /var/cache

Since we are caching files, would it be a good idea to change the place where
we actually cache those thumbnails and modified sizes under /var/cache?

I might introduce a patch in the debian package.

Besides, what about a 1.0 release?
