www.nowhere.dk is now IPv6 enabled

Just a quick note to let you know that www.nowhere.dk is now accessible through IPv6

$ host -t AAAA www.nowhere.dk
www.nowhere.dk CNAME coredump.nowhere.dk
coredump.nowhere.dk AAAA 2001:2010:0:2:0:0:0:DEAD

The only thing I had to do was to enable IPv6 in Lighttpd, enable IPv6 in ufw (done in /etc/default/ufw) and then re-add any rules to ufw that affect IPv6 (like web and ssh). The last part is crucial and not very well documented.

Shorten URL Firefox extension now supports aurls.info

I am happy to announce that Shorten URL now supports aurls.info (my own URL shortening service).

Aurls.info is supported from ShortenURL version 0.3.5 onwards.

Outage, again

Once again my ISP screwed me over, resulting in the website being offline from 2/12-09 (around 9:30) to 3/12-09 (around 20:00).

Telenor never gave me a real reason for shutting down my line (there have been several reasons but none of them seem to make real sense).

I know I will be switching my ADSL provider soon and I will probably find a better hosting facility than a server on an ADSL connection.
